Release procedure

The release procedure can be started with a git tag.

npm version patch|minor|major|prerelease
git push origin --tags

The GitHub CI pipeline then builds the binaries needed for Homebrew and publishes to Docker Hub and npm.

Once they are built, the binaries/checksums can be updated in the Homebrew repo
